And they are in a huge aviary coop with my turkeys and ducks if that helps.
As long as they have sufficient daylight hours they should already be laying. One of the signs that guinea hens are laying is that their "bustle is raised which also makes it easy to distinguish them from the males.

I live in Florida so it doesnt get dark her til 8:30 or 9. I checked and both the females have the hump back look or raised bustle like you said. But they never go outside and are in a HUGE aviary. Would they be burying them possibly?

Yes, I’ve found several caches of buried guinea eggs in our coop! They may excavate when they start incubating them or may leave them buried…
