We took in this hen as a rescue, then noticed her eye on one side. Is this Ocular Merek's or something else? And if it's something else, what might it be? No other hens from her flock showed any kind of symptoms. I appreciate any help.

It does look suspiciously like ocular Marek's. I've had Marek's go through a flock and only outwardly affect a couple of birds. The rest carried for life but were healthy acting. I called the sick two and bred from the others as they had Marek's resistance. No signs of Marek's since.

She may have a lowered immune system for whatever reason and exhibiting. Others may follow or not.

Not likely something else. I'd personally cull. You only want Marek's resistant.
