odd and unknown foot disease!?

Hello all, I am in need of bug help! For a while I have been searching and trying to find out this odd foot disease of my little cockeral but I have had nothing! I've noticed that every batch of chicks he has had, they all get the same disease but it doesn't spread tothe one that aaren't related to him.
I'm so so scared of it being dangerous and it just looks so uncomfortable for them and well doeny look very pretty at all!.

No problem, one of my Peahens got them and we coated with Vaseline and then repeated about 2 weeks later, she ended up with the smoothest prettiest feet after the infected scales were shed off. Good luck with your boy.
