I have 5 reds that are roughly 20 weeks old and about 3 weeks ago I started getting 2-3 eggs a day. Now today I got 5 but I noticed 1 had a large amount of bloom on it and one of my girls was acting different, kinda standing in one spot and not as "spunky" as the rest of them. I refilled their water bucket and went back inside, after about a half hour went back out to check on her and noticed the others running around fighting over something. Upon further investigation it looked to be the shell of a soft shelled egg and there was a slimy substance on the ground which I'm assuming was the inside if the egg. So my question is does this sound like anything I should be concerned about. Please any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Most chickens experience egg glitches occasionally, but new layers seem to experience them the most. Unless it begins to happen frequently, I would not worry a bit about it. I do keep oyster shell out for free choice use, but these things still occasionally happen - misfires in the egg tract.
