I also agree that they're all cockerels. Color and feathering show that. Here's my cuckoo maran pullet for reference. Much darker and has hen feathering.

To everyone still waiting to hear the end of the story.
All but 1 has started crowing, yellow 2 does not appear to be a cockerel yet the coloring suggests its also not a cuckoo maran. Still waiting to see what happens with yellow 1. My backyard is turning into a feathered fight club.
Hoover hatchery has offer replacement so we will be getting replacements in a week or two. I am hopeful that they will be female this time but am still not convinced the birds they are offering are cuckoo marans.
I will post pictures of the new chicks when they arrive.
