I have hatched my first batch of black copper marans last sunday. But my question is can pure BCM hatch out all white??

I said that wrong i had one chick hatch out white the others black..

I just read something about this recently over on the BCM thread.. its' called a sport, and it means at some point in time a wheaten was bred into the lines.

So are the black ones pure black copper maran and the white one wheaton?

No, if I understand the genetics properly, that means the line has a color contamination if all the eggs are from the same parents.

If the parents are not the same for all, it tells nothing of the black, but all you need to know about the white (do not use for BCM breeding).

Can i use my BCM trio i hatched these eggs from?? And will the white one lay dark colored eggs?

I am not a BCM expert, but having studied color and pattern genetics in Appaloosa horses years ago, a sport indicates that at least one of the three carries an impure color gene. Unless the white is truly an albino, with pink eyes and feet. You would need to go through several splits/pairings to determine which of the three carries an impure gene, and it may be more than one.
