Odd Chick Behavior

I am currently treating my 3-4 week Wyandotte with LA 200 for a respiratory illness. I’ve also given it ACV in the water and probiotics/vitamins/minerals, but alternating with clean water as well. It is separated from the others. Chick had swelling above one eye, bubbling on the opposite side and still occasionally “sneezes.”
Tonight I’ve observed it doing something new.. I tried posting the 20 second video I took, but can’t figure out how. It looks like a cross between a yawn and a crow, neck outstretched. The chick did this multiple times, never made a sound.
What is this??

I nursed her back to health from this infection. She was doing wonderfully until yesterday. I just lost her last night to coccidiosis.
