Odd egg.

Is this normal? Its like 2 eggs connected without the shell and it feels rubbery. I've seen them without the shell but never like this.

Not common, but not without precedence.
New layer?
Happening once is a glitch, happening multiple times would be a problem.

She about a year and a half. Im thinking she'll be going into her 1st molt soon. Maybe that has something to do with it?

You can get odd eggs when a bird is going into or coming out of a molt.
