Odd egg

Just thought I'd share some pics of this oddly shaped and wrinkled egg laid by my 1 1/2 year old Golden Comet yesterday. The poor girl has had laying issues off and on since she was a pullet. I've seen some weird eggs in my day but this definitely takes the cake!

It is a sunny side up egg

Could be from malfunctioning shell gland or disease.

Well, it isn't really a big deal, plus not much you can do about it.
I had a pair of birds that laid those all winter one year,
they were perfectly edible eggs, just fugly.
They had come to me with a respiratory issues tho only one showed symptoms and she got over it with no treatment and without much effect.
