Odd Egg

What’s up with that odd-looking dot? And why such a small air sac? Will it hatch, and is this a fairy egg?? This is day 2 incubated eggs.

Can't tell much in just 2 days of incubation, and no that isn't a fairy egg. Fairy eggs are very small.
