Odd eggs

I had a year old BO lay a similar one once, she lays every day ... Hasn't had anymore issues ... I feed fermented Flock Raiser, Oyster Shells on the side and they get their grit.

I’d say diet is the culprit. Calcium stat! Oyster shell or dairy products. You can even take the odd eggs (shells and all), mash them up and feed ‘em back to the birds.
I added oyster shell on monday, yesterday the egg had no shell just membrane, how long should it take?
 
The effects of changing the diet doesn't happen over night.

I think if you are going to see a change in the eggs by adding calcium you will see in a week or so but I am not so sure this is just a calcium issue.
 
No, I've only had my 4hens for just over a week though.
So it is possible she has had illness in the passed and you don't know about it.
Some illnesses/disease cause these type of eggs.
