Odd eggs

I have two Plymouth rocks who have been laying for around 2 years now and they both lay long white eggs with not the slightest hint of brown like there should be. Just wondering if this is a problem or just hereditary.

Well if they have been laying in apparent good health for 2 years I would guess that there is a genetic component to their egg color.

I have 2 years old Barred Rocks from TSC.
Shown recently dust bathing.

The hen on the left has always laid a lighter shade and is now laying nearly white eggs as the laying season rolls on.

Eggs shown are from last weeks collection. GC

My barred Plymouth Rock lays long almost white eggs too. It may just be a genetic thing
