Odd growths on Cayuga feet

I noticed an odd warty like growth under my Cayuga hens middle toe yesterday, checked her pads today and saw the same thing on the pads of her feet. Everywhere I’ve looked for an answer points to bumble foot, but I’m not sure. It feels like a callus, she’s not limping and it’s not squishy

Both of her feet have it and now I’m noticing it on my two other cayugas.

What is the substrate they walk on like?
Looks like Bumblefoot.

That looks to be early Bumblefoot. It's minor enough treatment may only involve correcting the underlying cause of the problem.

Could you post pictures of what you're keeping them in? What are they being fed?

I have them on straw in the coops but the yard was planted with pasture grass and the dirt is Sandy with a lot or small rocks. I have chickens too so I feed them scratch, layer pellet and flock raiser as well as left over fruits and veggies when possible
I just finished mucking our both coops in hopes that that could help.
