Odd Pullet behavior

So this morning when I went to give her the vitamins she was walking a bit odd - backwards and fast a bit and falling over. I left work early to get home while it was still daylight to check on her and she couldn't walk at all. Maybe a step or two and would lay on her side and kind of bicycle kick her legs to stand up. I tried helping her and she'd flap her wings to fly and then would fall over again.

its definitely not looking great.

Is her comb pale? Swelling of the head? Puffiness around the eyes? Nasal discharge, or fluid in the lungs resulting in raspy breathing?

Sorry for the question barrage.

Some sort of brain injury seems likely, but she's acting like some sick birds I tested a while back for work. It doesn't narrow it down to terribly though because those birds tested positive for a plethora of things.

There is slight swelling by her jaw (under her ear) and I cleaned her ears a few weeks ago to try to mitigate that. Her comb is a bit dry, but she is a pullet and has never laid so I've just thought it hasn't gotten plump and red yet - and their run is primarily sand so they often are sandy. There is no puffiness, swelling, discharge or raspy breathing.

I put her up top once the others were roosting and she fell and was scrambling which agitated the others to the point one started pecking her. I wrapped her loosely in a towel and placed her in a box inside the coop - she was so very loud and squawking when I had her in the garage away from the others. She was calm in the box. I just hope she's not in too much pain.

Sounds like some sort of traumatic brain injury, especially without other symptoms. Sorry. I'd consult a veterinarian for further treatment options. It might just be a waiting game of whether she gets better or worse.

An ear infection/issue could definitely cause imbalance..and might get worse as night falls and vision decreases.
Ear infection could also spread to brain.
Any change with the vitamins?

I'm sorry to hear about your pullet :hugs
How is she today?

From your video and this last description-the walking backwards, neck twisting, laying on the side, bicycle kicking are all symptoms that, to me, unfortunately point to Marek's.
A lot depends on your goals, some people cull a bird that is showing symptoms, while others offer supportive care like you are doing with the vitamins.
