Odd red bubble in poop from healthy chicken

I was sitting with my chickens today like I normally do then my wonderful Barn yard mix hen Mintz came over and pooped. It looked normal until I saw something odd. In the middle of the poop there was a strange red bubble-like thing. I thought that this was rather odd so I looked it up. I found a thread from 2017 that had a sickly hen with this thing in her poop. They said it was cocci. Mintz is not sick or showing any signs of being sick. She just laid an egg ten minutes before she pooped this thing! Any ideas as to what it may be? Should I treat the whole flock on corid? I just treated them a few weeks ago because my chicks got it. It has been raining a lot and hasn’t been dry.

I "played" with it to see if it was full of liquid or if it was solid. It was like a balled up string. It sort of un-rolled itself as I moved it around.

I am going to begin the corid treatment again but I am about to be gone for a week. I will make sure that the caregiver for that week knows what to do.

Can you gather some poop samples and have them tested for worms?
You just finished a round of Corid for your whole flock? What dosage did you use?

I do see a few other tinges of what could be blood in the poop, but that ball, if it was stringy is likely intestinal shed, but I would still be concerned, the poop looks a bit mucousy as well.

If you are going to treat with medication, a proper dosage needs to be given. So I will give that to you in case you need it.

Dosage for Corid is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water.
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.

Treatment	20% Powder	9.6% Liquid
For 3-5 days	1.5 teaspoons per gallon	2 teaspoons per gallon
then for 7-14 days	1/3 teaspoon per gallon	1/2 teaspoon per gallon
