None of the local vets in town will do the fecal float test. Maybe because it is a chicken’s poop? She isn’t acting weird I just need to know if she has worms or not.

I am hoping to receive a call in the morning from one of the vet clinics. They can’t decide on whether or not to do the fecal test. They are worried about medications. I said I didn’t care about the medications and just wanted to know if she has worms.

Yes, you can store your poop sample.
If you can't get any one to do the test, then I would just go ahead an treat for worms too. You can use Fenbendazole (Safeguard) or Albendazole (Valbazen) those 2 will take care of most types of worms that chickens can get.
