Odd stance, not walking around/laying down

I have a black sex link hen, she just started laying a few days ago (2 eggs total) she’s my little buddy, always runs to me when she sees me. Earlier today she was fine, hopped the fence into our main yard with the others to scratch around.

Just checked on them (7pm) she’s was not running around. Just stood in an odd stance. Her tail seems puffed up higher than normal. Brought her inside. She just stands here. If she moves she’s turning or taking a step super slow.

The other hens are acting/eating normally.
Her vent is clean
Eyes etc are clear
Combs normal color
Poops are watery with white & solids but it’s been super hot so that may be contributing.

Looking for help finding out what may be wrong & treatment here at home.

She may be needing to lay an egg.

I'd work on hydration since it's hot. Give her some electrolytes to see if she perks up.

I'd also give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for 3-5days to see if she lays an egg.

See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed and has access to Grit (Crushed Granite) and Oyster Shell free choice.
