Odd tail feathers!! RARE???

This 6 month old cockerel has the strangest pointed tail feathers, these are not his sickle feathers as they are just coming in. He is a mix between an EE and a serama barnyard mix. I have never before seen this trait. He will be my top breeding bird to see if I can get this to show up again. Please anyone else see this before??? I bones love weird feathers!

Thats like a buttercup comb but on the tail! Extraordinary! He's very beautiful.

You know.. it looks a wee bit like the formation of a Cochin tail - with the fluffy feathers underneath pushing the harder feathers to the side..

It's excellent looking anyway!!
