I wouldn’t feed that egg to my dogs but that’s just me.

If it is a meat spot (i’m not completely sure, it’s quite big but i think it would be) it should be fine for the dogs to eat, just gross for, you know, humans.

If you look in this thread, https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/mold-like-substance-in-fresh-eggs.1104763/ shows a somewhat similar problem, and some replies say it may be some kind of infection, however it does look different and more “splotchy” then yours.
