That's just another snake oil 'enzyme' product....might work in a house on cat pee, but I'd never bother with it in a chicken coop or run.

Wet chicken poop in the run is gonna stink. Ridgerunner gives good advice above.
Mine stinks too after a lot of rain, but it drains well so it doesn't last long.

Best bet really is to get a lot of different sizes and kinds of organic materials out there, after correcting any drainage issues,
to help create a biological population that will 'digest' the poops...this will also provide things for your chickens to eat and they'll do there part by keeping things stirred up.

I recently added two huge sacks of leaves to my run. It's a vast improvement on every level. The chickens have a blast scratching through them, and as they break down they're building up the level of the floor and the constant turning over is really keeping the run much nicer looking and smelling.
