OEG Bantam Chick is Hatching For 7 hours and taking a break

Our BBR OEG Bantam has been hatching for 7 hours and has stop making progress for the last hour.

It has less than half way to go? Should we help it? If so, How?

I peel the shell back for enough to free the head. After they get their neck straightened out. They sometimes just pop the rest of the way out. If they don't, I put them back in the incubator. They will usually finish freeing themselves in about an hour.
