OEG breed help, cutest little things!

The picture is kinda bad, but I'm hoping someone can tell what these are. They are about 9 weeks old. They are OEG BBRed bantams. At least one of them crows a very squeaky little crow. I am hoping one is a roo and one is a hen. Can anyone tell?

I sure would have liked to have had a pair. They are so cute! They were the absolute cutest chicks when they hatched. I guess I need to be finding one a home and getting the other a mate. I kinda suspected they were both roosters.
