my question is... will the offspring of these two breeds be worth eating...? and at what age should i butcher them...

Definitely not worth eating. If your Wyandotte is show quality, the birds may get some good meat on them, but slowly. If they're not show quality, then both parents are very thin and underweight, giving a bird even skinnier in type than the average production layer.

Butchering age is usually around 5 months. If the Wyandotte is heritage or show quality (not from a hatchery, feedstore, or local) its offspring grow slower, so they will be ready around 6 months and up.
