I could be wrong...but it appears the 'Blue' in him has merely come out in him as a 'Splash' (two sets of the Blue gene) and that is why he doesn't appear Blue to most

It happens with BLRW also....... please correct me if I'm wrong

Another Blue/Red I would assume....... you should get 1/2 splash and red and 1/2 blue and red..... unless there are other color genes at play.

Hes not a Dutch, they are very uncommon and mainly only come in Light Brown( their are a few other colors but they are pretty rare) your "Blue Dutch" is most likely a Blue OEGB
