OEGB- type help/breed

Can someone help me identify this bantam chick please. Was given to me by a friend but it came from a hatchery. I've scoured photos from the different hatcheries (stromberg, privett, hoover and Mcmurray) but I cannot find a comparison photo of this chick. It's not a self blue but it's a blue or silver something. Thought maybe a rose comb spangled or a quill but none of the chick pictures match.

Pea comb makes me think Easter Egger Bantam.

Looks like an Easter-egger bantam to me, too. That's a pea comb, not a rose comb, the pattern doesn't match a specific variety, and I think I see a slight beard.
