How do you sex OEGB chicks? I dont want to vent sex them.

I think its a waiting game.

The good news is, that in my experience the OEGB show their traits pretty quickly. I have 2 week old chicks in the brooder with very distinct combs already.

What kind of OEGB do you have?

To be honest I am new to OEGB

my dau has a spangled pair of OEGB (pretty!) and my husband just brought home 5 OEGB chicks lastnight,

they are feathered but I know nothing about the breed!

The 5 chicks are fawn (I think)

Sorry I cant tell you much more then that. 2 of them have combs slightly bigger and one of the bigger combs is a few shades redder. One has a small comb not red at all I am thinking that she is a girl and the other with red bigger comb be a boy. But I am guessing as I said I know nothing about the breed. They seem to have quite a lot of personality. No crowing, very curios little things!
