Of all the breeds you have owned, which...

My biggest was was a sexlink. Her eggs where too big for the carton
Most broody are my silkies
Most eggs, the sexlink. The only time she stopped was during moult. She laid a big brown egg everyday no matter how hot or cold. She was a reliable rent payer.
She produced the nicest chicks although she never went broody and she was always the favorite of the roos. She never had more than 1 roo in the pen with her but I changed them often and she was also the dominant hen. I had to think long and hard before I sold her.
She was also my biggest eater.

I have ISA Browns, Black Rocks, Leghorns, Marans and Marsh Daisys.

Biggest eggs: one old Leghorn - 80g usually.
Most eggs: ISA Browns - they're star layers!
Most broody: I've never had a broody yet.

Biggest eggs and most eggs, definitely my Black Australorps, also laid through 2 winters. Most broody, definitely the Kraienkoppes.

Biggest eggs: RSL "Cinnamon' and 'Candy' EE
Most: again, probably Cinnamon,
Most broody: Bantam EEX Dahlia, she is also my toughest, scrappiest girl. The only bantam in that coop and still the dominant hen (she even orders the roo about a bit and he's a big boy).

... have layed the biggest eggs - My 2yr old BSL hen followed by RSL and white Leghorn.
... which have layed the most - My BSL plus the above pullets.
... which have been the most broody - Last year my 2 Partridge Cochins, this year - who knows.

Biggest eggs: Buff Orpington

Most Eggs: Rhode Island Reds, but I bet that will change when my white leghorns start laying

Most broody: Don't know yet, Haven't had a broody although they say Buff Orpingtons are very broody
