Also let’s say neoma and eclipses and sunspots part is still relevant, but it’s from the nighttime still. So once y’all finish your scene we can all be rping at the same time, which I think should be early morning?

sounds good to me, nicole? kiwi? (if you're able to answer kiwi)Also let’s say neoma and eclipses and sunspots part is still relevant, but it’s from the nighttime still. So once y’all finish your scene we can all be rping at the same time, which I think should be early morning?
Yeah, because with king rp going in the morning and the girls still tussling in the middle of the night is a little confusing. I'm gonna have to rearrange all the rp's on the official article later. Also let’s say neoma and eclipses and sunspots part is still relevant, but it’s from the nighttime still. I think that might've been my bad, I wasn't sure abt the time organization when I wrote my pieces cause I didn't notice when I reread some previous posts oops XDYeah, because with king rp going in the morning and the girls still tussling in the middle of the night is a little confusing. lol it's fine. I just gotta do some SERIOUS organizing later.I think that might've been my bad, I wasn't sure abt the time organization when I wrote my pieces cause I didn't notice when I reread some previous posts oops XD
Neoma grunted. Another thing to feel sore later- great.
Her mind was still reeling. Milza's eyes were greenish. This couldn't be her- and it couldn't be Darltrax, for one, this one was female. And for another thing, this one was too quick for his sluggish movements.
Neoma rolled to the side as a screech was heard warning to get away and a plume of flame blossomed next to her skull.
She scrambled in the sand, trying to get a grip on both the shifting ground and on reality.
She didn't really want to kill another Lunarwing, but it wasn't exactly time for apologies right now; if they both survived this, that could happen later.
Neoma darted forward, trying not to use talons, but trying to at least throw her opponent off with a tail-slap to the side of the skull, directly on her left ear.
A rather stunning blow, in her opinion.
WHY ARE YOU JOKING?! Her mind screamed, but this didn't stop a small smirk from spreading across Neoma's face. Funny what goes through your mind even in a tense situation.
The aches this would leave wouldn't be fun, but dying wasn't much fun either... oh well. Neoma took a deep breath and dove directly beneath the belly of her enemy, twisting and thrusting her legs upward, catching the other one by the stomach and flipping her over. Neoma jumped up quickly, shaking the sand from her scales. Her back was already starting to hurt slightly from diving the way she had, but it was better than being buried in the sand with no headstone...
Another one? Stop with the dark humor!
Neoma faced the other Lunarwing, her eyes darting from her to the flaming- thing- in the sky, her wings spread and muscles tense, ready for anything... She hoped.
Eclipse hauled herself to her feet panting. Her impact on the sand had completely knocked both the air and the sense out of her. A blast for fire scorched past her attacker's ear and Eclipse dodged sideways, once again avoiding being burned by Sunspot.
If that Sunblasted dragon could stop trying to set me on fire for ONE SECOND that would be-
Her thought was cut off abruptly as the other dragon slammed her tale into the side of Eclipse's head, sending her stumbling across the sand reeling. Pain erupted into her skull, and her ears rang. She staggered for a moment and crouched low with a growl, trying to see her attacker. Once again, before she could fully recover, the dragon dove in again, flipping beneath her stomach and shoving her up and over. She landed once again, snout first, twisting her neck painfully as the rest of her body crashed against the sand. Winded, Eclipse scrambled against the sand trying to get her footing.
Three moons, GET AHOLD OF YOURSELF, a voice screamed in her head.
She fixed the dragon with a venomous glare, and focus all her attention on the glowing spots beneath her eyes. Her head throbbed in protest as silver warping flowed from the star-like scales, twisting in the air and hardening into two menacing-looking blades--each nearly a full tail length long.
The two weapons shot at the dragon-like lunging snakes, Eclipse darting in behind them.
Neoma gasped and jumped aside, but not quickly enough- one of the blades lodged itself in her back right talon.
A feeling like fire climbed its way up her leg as she let out a blood-curdling screech. Her warping flowed from her scales and quickly formed into a rod, levering itself against the blade and removing it. It had gone in a couple inches and reached nearly to the bone.
A pain-ridden mist seemed to envelop her brain. She couldn't really see straight, and now she was down a leg.
She formed her warping into a large solid ball and launched it at the other Lunarwing, panting. She knew it missed, but maybe it would distract long enough to spread her wings and flee- Nope. Make that a leg and a wing; as she unfurled her wing, her previously sprained left one caused tremendous agony in the wing-bone attached to her shoulder.
The cold from the snow had numbed it for a while, but now trying to use it again was too much.
Neoma would have to rely on one wing and three legs. Her warping too; and her teeth.
Somewhere in the back of her head, the threat of death made her want to hide and sob.
But if she was about to go down, she wasn't going down like that.
Neoma bared her teeth and let out a loud threatening growl. The message was clear: take me down if you will, but I'll be taking parts of you with me.
She snapped her teeth in the air, focusing on the silvery ears and scaled wing joints. If the other dragon lunged, she would be ready. She adjusted her stance, not so much on the offensive now. Blood seeped from her leg, making her wish desperately she had bandages-
Wait.
Her warping flew through the air, circling around the wound and settling into a thin circle around her leg, creating both a blood block and a brace.
It wouldn't do much for long, but it would allow her to put a tiny bit more weight on it at least.
-In theory.
Eclipse watched triumphantly as one of her blades stabbed into the dragon's back leg and she let out a howl of pain. Eclipse circled behind her frantic opponent as she floundered away a couple of feet. Then, silvery light spilled from the scales across her face, forming into a thin rod and dislodging Eclipse's warping.
Another Lunarwing, Eclipse thought, pausing her pacing to watch the dragon. Not that she had the distance, and the advantage, she could clearly see Imperials light reflecting off the dragon's silver scales and the small glowing tufts on the ends of her spines.
A large spare of the other dragons warping swirled into the air and then launched at her. Eclipse ducked slightly, but the projectile had been mostly off-target anyway. Eclipse began to circle again a growl rising in her throat. The other Lunarwing spread her wings to fly.
And immediately dropped back to the ground with another screech of pain. The dragon stumbled for a moment, before swirling towards Eclipse her eyes clouded with pain but her teeth bared menacingly. A warning growl sounded roughly from her throat, and Eclipse returned it with a hiss, pacing forward, more warping flowing from her scales and swirling in front of her. She dodged sideways as the Lunarwing snapped her teeth at her, her jaws snapping on empty air.
Eclipse circled again growling as the dragon shifted, trying to position with the pain in her leg. Warping swirled from her face and wrapped in a thin fold around her wound.
Eclipse ran her eyes up and down her attacker and then lept into the air, her warping zig-zagging towards the Lunarwings face in an unsolidified mess of light, blocking her vision as Eclipse circled tightly over her. With a powerful thrust of her wings, Eclipse shot down onto the Lunarwings back, kicking a foot into her injured leg and pressing her dagger against the dragon's throat threateningly as she hit the sand.
"Want my advice?" She hissed venomously into the Lunarwings ear. "Don't try to fight me."
Sunspot had tp admit it. She felt completely ignored. She watched the two silver dragons spar curiously, twitching her tail with slight amusement. She knew she couldn’t get involved without seriously injuring Eclipse, and that simply would do.Neoma's eyes felt strained as she tried to keep a look at the warping flitting in front of her.
Before she knew what was happening, her leg crumpled beneath her as the worst pain she had felt in years tore through her. She howled and fell to the ground with the entire weight of the other dragon on top of her.
She began to raise her head, opening her jaw and aiming for the other dragon's wing bone, then stopped as cold metal just slightly pierced her throat.
Not a lifetime of practicing by yourself can prepare you for what happens when you're fighting someone else.
Suddenly, with her brief stillness, her numerous injuries, and the little sleep she had gotten, exhaustion seeped through her.
It didn't help that she had only had a few fish on the long fly to this new continent.
Her head dropped, and hopelessly she thought, I wanted to go out fighting. I really wanted to go out strong; but my death will be almost like my parents- caused by exhaustion and hunger.
She wouldn't dare to admit to herself that she might be struggling also due to the other dragon being stronger. Not yet anyways.
But the thought of dying like her parents sent a wave of anger and adrenaline through her bones.
It wasn't much, but it was enough for her to lift her sand-covered uninjured wing and whack the Lunarwing on the face, momentarily distracting her and spraying sand into her eyes.
Gasping for breath, Neoma struggled to gain just enough wiggle room to turn her head. She just barely wriggled out from one of the dragons talons, and whipped her head around to bite down on the claw, wrenching it from her foot.
As promised- if she was about to die, she would die under this Lunarwings talons, but not without taking something with her. Spitting out the bloody claw, Neoma dropped her head again and waited for the furious killing blow. She wouldn't surrender to any dragon while she was breathing, but she would accept death when it was final.
Eclipse's head whipped around and she glared at Sunspot. "Easy for you to say." She snapped, her chest heaving with the combination of rage and adrenaline. "All you've done since this whole ordeal started is try to set me on fire."Sunspot had tp admit it. She felt completely ignored. She watched the two silver dragons spar curiously, twitching her tail with slight amusement. She knew she couldn’t get involved without seriously injuring Eclipse, and that simply would do.
Sunspot observed with narrowed eyes as the two dragons fought with blades of flying silver created apparently from thin air. Dangerous.
This fact was further demonstrated when Eclipse totally kicked the other LunarWing’s tail, pinning her to the ground and lunging forward, her dagger resting almost gently at the enemy’s throat. Eclipse had rivulets of crimson blood running down from a ripped claw, dripping onto the other dragon. But Sunspot could see that Eclipse was angry. She was livid. Possibly livid enough to kill this fascinating newcomer. Time to intervene.
“Great show.” She said, stepping forward. Her scales were no longer on fire but she kept the glow of her spine globes bright enough for her to see, not really caring if it bothered the others. “So, Eclipse, maybe don’t kill this dragon?” Sunspot said, tilting her head. “She could be…. useful.”
It might’ve been mine…. Idk lolI think that might've been my bad, I wasn't sure abt the time organization when I wrote my pieces cause I didn't notice when I reread some previous posts oops XD
Neoma stared hard at this stranger. Definitely not Milza, nor anyone else she knew, but she wasn't surprised.Eclipse's head whipped around and she glared at Sunspot. "Easy for you to say." She snapped, her chest heaving with the combination of rage and adrenaline. "All you've done since this whole ordeal started is try to set me on fire."
"Besides, she added, "I wasn't planning on killing her. At least, not yet." She glanced down at the limp Lunarwing in her grip.
"First things first," she said, sliding her dagger up under the dragon's chin and forcing her head up.
"Give me a good excuse as to why you decided to attack me, and I'll contemplate my decision afterwards."
idek hahahaIt might’ve been mine…. Idk lol
