Vel swiveled the rock in her claws, then cocked her arm back, nailing Alicanto directly atop the head with the flat side of the stone.
"Stop ignoring my question." A smile crept onto her expression. "What. Hurts."

"Where exactly do you intend for us to go?" he said pointedly, tilting his head to regard Vel with a side-eye.
