Shard flinched back as a loud snarl sounded from the Solarwing's throat and she flattened her ears to the sides of her head, taking a step back as fear pulsed beneath her scales.
"I-I was just-"
She ducked her head, staring up at the dragoness with wide eyes, the words dying in her throat.

Oh, now she felt really bad. Sunspot stood there for a few moments, looking down at the dragonet. Shard looked on the verge of tears.

Oh, this is stupid.

She dropped down, supporting her weight on her wings to lower herself closer to the dragonets level.

“Um. I’m sorry,” she said awkwardly. “What do you need?”

Kapok looked up at Shrike sadly and nodded slowly and sullenly, pulling his tail against his side and heavying another long sigh. The Leafwing glanced over at Dred before turning his head away and staring at the far wall.

“Now see what you did ya thickhead,” Shrike growled irritably, gesturing to the LeafWing. He barred his teeth, “ya had ta go an’ make it personal now, didn’t ya? Well congratulations,” he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes.

"We aren't here already, are we?" she asked to no one in particular. "It feels like we're slowing down."

Sol extended his wing, pushing Tobias gently towards himself, propping the man up into a sitting position.
Tobias gave a heavy sigh, waking slowly. "Oh, I'm so tired." He whispered, leaning heavily against Sol, holding his arms tightly across his chest.
"That's alright." Sol responded, his gaze ahead, eyes watching the IceWing dragonet. "I'll let you know what happens."
Tobias nodded, turning his head away.
Sol let his gaze shift towards Eclipse.
