OK WHY IS THAT SONG SO CATCHY THO (I’m talking the dsmp version, it’s my fave Tommy’s face when CG5 started singing is great) I’m literally watching the video now bc y’all reminded me of that song and it scratches an itch in my brain

literally just decided Eclipse couldn't take any more. But I had to at least have her do something to like, shift the plot a little. It's up to the rest of the group now if you guys wanna make them win or lose.

Idk what to do on whether they should win or lose ngl, I feel like realistically with one dragon knocked out, another not wanting to fight atm and feeling depressed, and two dragons that are sure to tire out sometime soon bc they’ve been fighting so much, our crew would lose…. But with Alyssia and her grenades, it might change things a lil.
Ofc for plots sakes, it might be better for our group to lose and be taken into the SD. It would def bring Helios physically closer to Sol and our group might be able to create a rebellion of sorts. I’m thinking maybe our group should lose personally.
All the losses our crew have suffered will lead to an even better win in the end bc I know that at least for Neoma, she’s suffered a lot. She hasn’t exactly won even one battle yet, aside from killing and knocking out a couple Nightwings. She’s never had FULL victory, bc something always gets her whether it’s her own emotions, someone else’s skill, or anything else. So if we get dragged into the SD, it might lead to an even better scene later.
Plus, if Neoma gets put in the fighting arena, it could lead to a part where she’s finally victorious and she feels some sort of confidence boost… or the SD crew might put her and Eclipse against each other in the arena bc they’re both the rarest species. That could also add to everything and give them a chance to decide whether to ultimately work together and attack everyone else, or turn on each other.
Due to all the possible plot lines, I personally think they should lose as I’m thinking abt it.

Shrike stood in the middle of the room for a brief second before smirking at the heavy door Tobias had left out of. “Well that was stupid of him.” He said triumphantly, walking past Dred and Kapok’s cage to the vehicles. “Too bad he didn’t you out, huh?” He said, talking to the LeafWing. “Now obviously he didn’t want me to touch these.. big pieces of probably expensive metal, so that means I’m gonna have to do it anyway, right?”
The CloudWing leapt on top of the hood of the first car, which recoiled under the dragon’s weight.

I saw that coming from a mile away. I mean, if we are gonna wreck stuff, how come Kapok can't get in on it?

Helios was immediately thrown into action, Nightwings raining from the sky and chaos beginning to ensue. Several nightwings came after him, their claws outstretched and open, ready to tear him to shreds. He tucked in his wings and dove out of their reach, looping behind them and engulfing them in a cloud of steady flames. As he did this a nightwing crashed into him from behind, knocking him out of the sky and into the dunes below. The two dragons wrestled until they were free of each other, facing each other now and ready for ground tactics. Helios flung his wing out, the razor tips of it slicing open his opponent’s foreleg. Helios was more then double the size of the younger nightwing assassin and knew that the little black dragon had no chance. He leapt on top of him, pinning the dragons wings under his talons. “Why do you serve them?! You could go free anytime you want, but still you come crawling back to your “masters”.” He spat, glaring at the Nightwing with enough rage to burn a forest to ashes. The nightwing looked terrified for a few long seconds, but he suddenly had a realization in his eyes. “Please man, l-let me go….I-I promise I won’t do this anymore!” He frantically exclaimed.
Helios arched his brow, wondering if it was all a show, but the nightwing actually seemed like he was genuinely sorry and repented. “Kill him helios, it’s a facade, a lie!” He told himself, but maybe it wasn’t. Maybe there was hope.
“Go, run to the far corners of the continent.” He shouted, and the young nightwing smiled a real and grateful smile. But as he turned, a much larger nightwing, Most definitely the group leader, landed infront of him. “No no, DeathSeeker. You don’t run away from your masters! Don’t you know what happns?!” He said in a thick, deep and hateful voice. He brought his tail around and a shiny piece of metal reflected off the end. A makeshift Sandwing barb. Quickly he plunged it into DeathSeekers heart, the small dragon gave a short agonized moan and fell over dead.
Helios was shocked at the brutality of the nightwings toward their own tribe, something was truly twisted in this older dragons head. He conjured up a burst of flames and surrounded the Nightwing leader in them.

Sunspot is currently pinned by a dragon bigger and more experienced than her, and she's exhausted so I can't really see a real way out for her rn... they're completely overwhelmed

Without dragons to help Alyssia, even though she has one more grenade and a gun, ammo is not an infinite resource, so either she's gonna get snatched up by a Nightwing or end up trying to get away on the bike (if it still works)

Helios is basically the only one who can still fight fully, and with Neoma emotionally crippled, Sunspot basically pinned, and Eclipse down fro the count, the attention is going to start being directed more to Helios and he will quickly be overwhelmed. Without dragons to help Alyssia, even though she has one more grenade and a gun, ammo is not an infinite resource, so either she's gonna get snatched up by a Nightwing or end up trying to get away on the bike (if it still works)
