Of Feathers And Flames- A Wings of Fire AU RP

Can you give me a run down on the story? I have an idea of a character: a NightWing.
Okay so for character forms and tribe descriptions, you should go to the "Of Feathers and Flames Archives" by @Blue Raptor. So right now, we have two groups in the Scorpion Den which was taken over by humans decades ago. All of the human civilization is modern (cell phones, guns, cars, etc.) There is a city built around what was the original Scorpion Den and it has become a place where people bring trapped dragons to fight, trade, sell, kill, etc. Most of the tribes have been broken up and their laws and monarchy have become less regarded. The Ice Kingdom still maintains a regular society since they are in an arctic climate that humans don't really bother to invade. The Cloudwings still have a fairly strict monarchy, and their current leader, Queen Cirrus, is a dictator leader who was been killing/banishing/imprisoning Cludwings that aren't pure white for decades. This has led to a very violent resistance group run by the Cloudwing Vulture, and it is not much safer than the Cloudwings kingdom. The Kingdom of the Sea almost maintains somewhat of a monarchy since their main place is deep underwater an out of reach from humans. The Bay of A Thousand Scales was been populated by humans, but in their region, they tend to get along better with dragons than in other places throughout the continent. Lunarwings are extremely rare dragons, and their tribe is dying off. Most dragons and humans believe they are only a myth. Because of Nightwing's telepathy and foresight abilities, they are most often used by dragon hunters to hunt down other dragons, usually from the Scorpion Den.

Our first group right now is King the Cloudwing, Corvus the Cloudwing, Pheonix the Cloudwing (Cloud/solar), and Robin the Cloudwing. Robin was hit by a small airplane in a small town near where he lived. The humans transported him to a dragon research/trading facility at the location of the now-taken-over town of "Possibility" which is on the border of the Sky Kingdom and the Sand Kingdom. King was leading a rescue mission on Possibility with a band of other Cloudwings about the time Robin arrived, and he rescued him along with a young Riverwing dragonet named Bluegill and a mysterious egg, yet to hatch. Pheonix and Corvus were traveling together and noticed the chaos from the breaking, where King found them and invited them to visit his village, the Grebes Nest, which is one of the multiple nests where banished Cloudwings come to live, hidden from Queen Cirrus.

Our second group, which was been somewhat broken up, consisted of Eclipse the Lunarwing, Sunspot the Solarwing, Neoma the Lunarwing, and Helios the Solarwing. Eclipse accidentally stumbled across the tunnel from the Rainforest to the Sand Kingdom, where she rescued Sunspot, who had been attacked and knocked out by a group of dragon hunters. They agreed to a deal for Sunspot to help Eclipse track down the Nightwing hunter she wanted revenge on, but Eclipse was attacked by Neoma, who thought that she was her sister. Neoma had been living on the other continent for years after her sister killed her younger brother and left her for dead with a mysterious Lunar/Night hybrid named Darltrax. Eclipse won the fight with Neoma, but they were forced to return to the rainforest without any time to sneak into the SD. On the way to one of her meetings with the Icewing Whitestar, they were spotted by King Helios who asked them for help in rescuing his son, Sol, from the SD. While talking, Alyssia arrived and accidentally led a patrol of Nightwing hunters to the dragons and they were all taken to the SD. Alyssia escaped, but Eclipse was sold to a dragon fighting enthusiast in the SD named August "Tobias". Sunspot, Neoma, and Helios are still in the same place they were brought to, along with a Seawing named Crest.

Alyssia found a nearby desert oasis where she encountered Whitestar, who was on his way to rescue Eclipse. They met up with Blackout the Nightwing, who had deserted during the battle with the group after fighting Neoma and being unable to kill her. They just recently met Bamboo and Apple the Rainwings, and they are trying to come up with a plan to break into the SD and save the dragons there.

Alyssia was captured by Nightwing hunters who were after the Seawing Crest in the bay of A Thousand Scales, where she lived. They were both caught and brought to the SD. Alyssia escaped shortly after, stealing a motor bike and starting over the desert before she ran into the group with Eclipse.

Tobias has known (Prince) Sol the Solarwing since he was brought to the SD four years before, and even though he legally owns him, Sol is more of a friend than a possession. Tobias recently bought a trio of dragons, Shrike the Cloudwing, Kapok the Leafwing, and Dredbog (Dred) the Mudwing. He bought Eclipse in an auction later the same day, and now all five dragons are with him. Sol was critically injured in a battle to the death he volunteered to fight in so Tobias could make the money to buy Eclipse, even though Tobias strongly advised against it. Sol won but was critically wounded.

I think that pretty much catches you up. FYI that is a sum-up and it's still a lot lol

Neoma jumped slightly as Helios called out to her and Sunspot. Sunspot didn't seem to be in any mood to respond, and Neoma wished she could... but she motioned to the muzzle, signalling she couldn't.
Then, she had an idea. She tapped on the bars, emitting a sharp pinging sound. She tapped out two, then stopped and waved her claws in the air, imitating a sun moving across the sky. She hoped he would get that she was saying two days.
As for telling him where Eclipse was, she shrugged.
She covered her eyes with her talons, hoping he would get that she didn't see where Eclipse went.
She looked away from Helios, back towards the others around them. Specifically the Seawing. She kept wondering how long he had been from water... A water dragon could go insane, kept from his natural element for long.
And an insane dragon would not help any escape plans.
Helios' deep voice rang across the room asking his comrades questions about a dragon named Eclipse and how long he'd been out. He looked over at the silver dragon and watched as she attempted to answer. She tapped twice and then made a motion with her hands, his brain trying to figure out what she meant. Then she covered her eyes. Ahhh, she didn't see this dragon they call Eclipse. he thought, knowing that the dragon had still been out cold when the one named Eclipse was taken away. Suddenly, the world went blurry and Crest tried shaking his head to clear his vision. He opened his eyes again and the world was spinning. Shutting them tight, he tried to slow down his breathing and keep himself calm. It had been happening more frequently the longer he had been in the sweltering place. His mouth was bone-dry and his scales were even drier. The vision got worse and he began to sway in his cage, his body knocking on the bars. He grabbed the bars in front of him with one claw to steady himself and breathed deep again, eyes still closed. He heard footsteps and a muffled voice near his cage and he squinted open to see. Several humans stood there with a large bowl of water, at least, large for a human. "What d'ya think yer doin'?" one of them snarled. "Stop makin' a racket."
Fear pierced Crest's heart as he thought of the electricity poles. His leg buckled again and he fell against the side of his cage. Pain seared through his body as he felt the pole in his side again. It was like it started in his side and spread through every nerve in his body like dragon claws tearing down his whole body. He tried to suppress a scream but he couldn't take it and let out a desperate roar, the sound bouncing off the walls around them.
After what seemed like a lifetime, the searing pain ceased and he collapsed to the floor of his cage again. His vision blurred more and he felt adrenaline pulsing through him. He saw the fuzzy objects of the humans with the water and a low growl sounded. It was almost like he was in a dream as he lunged forward and grabbed the bars of the cage, desperately trying to get his claws through the bars and grab the humans outside of it. The pupils in his eyes slitted and he banged against the cage. He felt another jolt of searing pain through his body and he buckled again, his side slamming the wall of the cage.
He shook his head as he realized what he had just done. I didn't realize that this little water could do this to me. He looked desperately at the water, shook his head again to clear his vision, and calmed himself down. The humans conversed with themselves about whether to still let him have the water, and one finally convinced them. They chose, it looked like, the leader among them and he began set the bowl into the cage slowly, electric spear at the ready. Crest glared, his aqua eyes staring deeply into the human's hazel ones. The staredown lasted a few seconds and finally ended as the human jerked away and began walking back to his group. He glanced back for a second, "Enjoy the water while you can," he sneered. Crest let out a low growl as the young man left. As soon as they were out of sight, he plunged his face into the water, trying desperately to drink it despite the muzzle. The holes in it allowing water to pass through and thus allowing him to drink it. The water tasted like the sweetest thing he had ever had and he relished it. With this small amount of water in him, he felt a little stronger than before, but he needed more. This wouldn't be enough to keep him alive...or sane. I can't let whatever just happened happen again. Though he began to worry that he wouldn't be able to control it.
Realizing again that there were other dragons in the room, he looked at them all wearily, embarrassed by how they saw him act.

Eclipse snorted and rolled her eyes. She hated the thought of being used as a form of entertainment... but if it meant potentially getting out of this cage, it might be worth it. Maybe, just a little. She hadn't even been able to unfurl her wing since she'd arrived in The Den, and she hadn't gotten to assess how badly damaged her right shoulder was. She hoped she had simply sprained it when she'd landed on it, but assuming from the loud crack she had heard when she'd hit the ground, it was probably a lot worse than that. At the least, it was dislocated. Worst case scenario, it was broken. And she still wasn't sure what to think of the hole that had torn in her left wing. She hoped it wasn't permanent and that the membrane would be able to heal fully. Otherwise, she might never be able to fly again... and that thought terrified her more than anything.
"Yeah, fine whatever," she muttered begrudgingly. "Unfortunately, I don't see much of any other options for me."
Maybe it would feel good to get out and flex her claws a little. Fighting brought with it a sense of thrill and adrenaline. But almost any dragon she would be fighting would be just as much of a prisoner here as she was.
"I don't think I could kill another dragon though," Eclipse added after a pause. "As far as I see it, we are equally as trapped. I don't fight dragons just because I want to, and I know most of these other dragons don't actually want to either."

Tobias turned to her with a sigh. "Look, I don't force you, or them, to do anything. And also-.." he hesitated. "You're here cuz of Sol- not because I wanted you to compete. Typically I don't take in dragons do recently introduced to The Den." He muttered. "K, so, do you have a name? What should we call you?"

@-Kiwi- Here is my dragon:

Name: BloodMoon
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown, youngish though
Tribe: NightWing
Physical appearance: Black and dark red in color. Many scars and torn wings (just the edges so he can still fly) Muscular
Personality: Dark, Mysterious, Aggresive, Doesn't like/understand jokes and humor. Very observent and doesn't talk to strangers unless he has something very important to say.
Backstory: He is a fighter and a hunter dragon, he was caught on the night of his hatch, an eclipse, when his adoptive parents (Lunarwings) were both killed by human hunters for their hides. Since then he has been known for hunting the last large group of Lunarwings left. He has been called Blood by other dragons because he has killed hundreds of dragons in the fighting ring. Nobody messes with Blood.

Eclipse heaved a long sigh and slowly sat up. It was hard to be mad at him. He sounded equally as exhausted as she felt, and he didn't seem to be ruffled by her retorts at all. Sunspot was harder to talk to than Tobias, and even though she was also a dragon, she was a pain in the tail.
"Fine," Eclipse muttered, without looking at him. "My name is Eclipse."

Tobias sat down beside Sol, watching the red dragon twitch in his sleep.
After a few minutes he looked away, meeting Kapok's gaze, "So- anyone down for getting some practice in? Got to get ready for Team Rally." He stood, taking his hat off and setting it down gingerly beside Sol. "Pok, how's those scales doing, buddy?"

@Blue Raptor, @Crestcrazy2, @Nicole Taber

“Team rally?” Shrike questioned Tobias after glancing over at Kapok, asking for the two of them. “What the heck is that? You expect me ta fight with this misfit bunch? And Sol?” He huffed grouchily.

"I do." He answered Shrike. "I'm not." He answered the LunarWing without looking at her. "Lookit, lookit, we have muscle," He pointed to Dred and Kapok, "we need a small guy, and you're stupid smart, Shrike, so that's gonna work hard in our favor. Sol knows what he's doing, but he's down two limbs- no forelegs, so that works against us regularly. You and Kapok work so well together, Shrike. It's.. inspiring. So whadayah say?" Tobias motioned around the lot. "You don't want to do this, I'll have to 'sell' you again." He swung around to point at the LunarWing, "I don't like the term either, but it's how things work." He turned back to Shrike. "Thoughts, y'all?"
Dred grinned at the mention of his muscle, it was of course true and he was proud of it. “Sounds like we have little choice, but…..I don’t mind. Better then being stuck in this cage..” he said, thumping his tail hard against the cage. “But I want mud afterward, healing is hard enough in this death trap.”
Sunspot pricked her ears in Helios' direction but didn't look at him. She continued staring ahead, listening.
Helios stared at Sunspot, his anger building up. “Sunspot! Where is eclipse?!” He shouted, slamming his wing claws into the cage bars. He couldn’t see her face, but desperately hoped she wasn’t muzzled.
Shrike was pleased that the LunarWing seemed to be on the same page as him. The two shared a glance; perhaps Sol wasn’t his best chance at getting out anymore.. perhaps he had found a new one.
As much as the CloudWing wanted to ignore Tobias and refuse to fight- being.. owned.. by the man rather than, say, Shane was going to give him a better chance at leave than with anyone else. He mentally noted that the three of them, Kapok, the LunarWing and himself seemed to be the only ones who actually wanted to leave.
He growled, flipping his feathered tail back and forth. “Fine. I’ll be a part o your little ‘team.’ Whatever,” he gradually agreed, “don’t expect me ta like it though.”

Omgosh, this is such a twisted character form... I kinda love it lol. Looks like we might have our first "bad guy" form. Honestly, it's kinda like a dragon I'd make. Do you have an idea of where to plop him in here?
