Gen opened his wings, flapping furiously as he caught up with Alicanto. Some distant emotion made his stomach flip, and with a sudden, sharp twist, the dragon glanced down, shifting to match his surroundings as bile coated his tounge.
Gosh, he was high u-
The sick feeling vanished abruptly, and Gen leveled out, soaring beside Alicanto, his wings silent as they caught the wind.
Alicanto gave the dragons off to either side of him a cold glance from the corners of his eyes. The one that had come into the truckyard later looked mostly like a Hivewing, except his scales weren't overlapping and layered like the Pantalian tribe, and his head and spines were shaped differently. He was a deep, scarlet red, a color that was seen on Hivewings, but not quite as common. He was probably a hybrid of sorts.Ajax let out a loud, grumbling sigh as he lifted up into the air. His four clear wings flapped several times. After a small debate on if he should come with Alicanto, Ajax decided that he would follow. He soared next to Alicanto, a scowl on his face. He steered carefully so he wouldn’t bump into him.
The quiet one, on the other talon, Alicanto couldn't decide what he was. He could turn invisible like a Rainwing, but he hardly resembled the easy-going tribe in any way. He had a tail stinger, though Alicanto couldn't tell if it was Sandwing or Hivewing, and he looked lean and quick. His claws were large and glittered dangerously as if dipped in black ink, and in the brief moment he had spoken, the Cloudwing had caught the glint of large, viper-like fangs nestled among his other razor-sharp teeth.
The black dragon was defiantly a force to be reckoned with.
The trio continued in silence for a long moment, all of them watching the road beneath them with sharp eyes. Alicanto was the first to speak.
"So do either of you have actual names or at least a laboratory number? This is going to be difficult if I can't address either of you quickly."
