Sage's shoulders shook with laughter as he narrowed his gaze on the cloudwing. His quiet chuckling grew louder as he took a step closer, "You really think I can escape Vulture?" He looked down at his right hand and examined it. "Others might, I can't." The shadows on his face began to deepen as he looked back at the cloudwing, eyes seeming to glow brighter. "I choose to go back to Vulture, cloudwing...." Sage hovered his hand over his gun on his holster, ready to draw if necessary. His other hand he held out, claws extended and ready to attack or to defend.

“My mother did it, she escaped.” Corvus said, eyes narrowed. “But she is an exceptional dragon.”

Corvus paced around Sage clockwise.

“Cmon. Just let me go.”

Shard slowly shifted back toward Sunspot, watching the Seawing with large eyes. She instinctively tucked her head under the Solarwing's wing shyly, watching the transport from beneath the warm, golden folds.

(Yes, I know Sunspot doesn't like dragonets, so i wanted to see her reaction XD )

Sunspot jumped a little at the cold contact of the IceWings scales, ducking her head down to look at Shard. The dragonet seemed comfortable. Sunspot grudgingly dropped her wing slightly to shield the little dragon more.

Kal glanced back, giving the the SeaWing a quick nod. "Of course, pal."
Sol exited the trailer, his expression both worried and confused. "Eclipse is still out there?"

(Bruh. I'm so dead, the writers block is absolutely demolishing every ounce of creativity. But I just gotta get back in the zone. We gotta pick up the pace, here.)

Crest could see the worry in the dragon's eyes. But, instinctively, he started to bow before the prince of the solarwings. This was royalty and he'd already tried to kill his dad, so he figured he should try and make up for it. "Yes," he said, lowering his head. Raising it back up, he looked into the fiery dragon eyes. "The solarwing told me she was out there and I saw her running down one of the dunes. Is there a problem?"

At the gesture of respect, Sol looked down, cocking his head slightly, tiny, small memories pricking at his brain- but nothing formed.
"I did not realize she wasn't back yet." He said, his voice quiet and low as he turned his gaze back to the SeaWing. "How far out is she?"

The solarwing looked slightly confused. Oh no, what did I do?
"She's not too far," he answered, turning towards the dunes. Pointing a claw, he motioned to where he had seen her. I don't know why she doesn't fly over the dunes instead of running over them."

“She’s fine,” Sunspot interrupted. But Sol seemed distracted and barely even noticed her.

Sol narrowed his eyes, following the SeaWing's gaze.
"She was injured in The Den." He muttered, taking a step towards the exit. The SolarWing glanced back at the blue, green dragon. "Did you say someone went to get her?"

Sunspot gritted her teeth in frustration.

“Yes, hELLO.” Sunspot said irritatably. “And I have a name. I’m Sunspot, not “the female SolarWing,” blazing suns.”

She lashed her tail. “Eclipse told me to come back. She would accept my help, and I’m not going to force it onto her. She’s a perfectly capable dragon and she doesn’t need someone with a worried snout such as yours hovering over her.”

She turned on Crest, a hot glow rippling down her scales. “He knows going out there won’t do jack squat, right? Eclipse is fine. She doesn’t need his help. She didnt need my help, and I DEFINITELY don’t need you accusing me of leaving her there.” Sunspot hissed, baring her teeth.

Sol picked his pace up to a brisk lope, spotting Eclipse on the horizon as he approached.
He slowed as he drew nearer, stopping and allowing her to close the final strides between them.
"I'm sorry." He said, quietly, his gaze drifting to the starry night sky above. "I didn't realize you were out here."

Bruh, I know I said that- but tbh, both Tobe and Sol have been so emotionally obliterated... Who knows what Sol might feel atm
I've never thought of him having feelings towards Eclipse. But I feel like Tobe's seen the best sides of Eclipse, and Sol gets the brunt of her sarcasm I can't even tell it apart anymore.
