OFA X-Rays... UPDATE OFA RESULTS IN

I wish I could get as much concern for my hips from my doctor as this dog gets. *rants about animals getting better medical care than humans do in the US*

I can see what they are talking about in the r hip, looks like wear or djd on the socket already. They aren't seated to poorly. Make sure you keep they weight off of her, or even a little thin. I have a few excellents, but no pictures to post, but I am sure you can find some on the net.

I've been comparing them to other hip x-rays online and too me they don't look like the mild dysplasia x-rays. Im guessing they'll get rates fair or maybe borderline. I've seen some x-rays online and the poor dogs don't have any hip sockets at all, the poor things.

She weights about 55-58 pounds. Vet said she is at the perfect weight. She's a nice lean pup if not a little skinny, always has been. I got her started on Glyco-Flex for her joints. Also, we have a pool, and the vet said swimming is excellent for their joints. So I plan to do swimming daily with her once she heals from her spay and we get the pool open.

Got Sadies results back from OFA today and her hips are rated as GOOD

Im so happy & relieved.
