El Chupacabra, aka the goat sucker. Supposedly there has been a discovery of one in Texas (cant remember it was on the news) They have taken tissue samples and have sent them off to be tested. Some are saying it's a "blue" fox. It was OOOOOOOOOOOGLY!!!!

Hey ya'll, I know that a lot of people think your weird when you talk about ghost, and I never believed in them until I lived in a haunted house. I lived there in 1980 with my EX, it all started one night when he woke up with a pressure on his chest( he said it felt like someone was sitting on him), well when he told me about it the next morning I freeked out so he told me he was really joking but he then told a friend of ours it really happened. Strange things started happening like catching something out of the corner of your eye shooting up the stairs........ Goodnight All

I love, love, love the Twilight Zone!
Rod Serling was awesome! I wasn't born yet to see it when it first aired, but I've seen them in reruns and have rented some DVDs. The way he'd lean back in a real casual air...cigarette smoke curling around...love it!

DH grew up in a haunted house. I went over one day and as I was leaving his bedroom I ran into "it". It looked like a person's clothes with no body in them. A ball cap, shirt, and pants. Didn't look down so don't know if there were shoes. I screamed my head off!!! Funny thing is someone did die in that house in the 60's. He was playing pool and got into a fight and was pushed through a window. He died right there on the lawn!!

This past winter I had platters fly off our kitchen shelf(where they have been for 2 yrs and no problems). It was like someone shoved them off the shelf. I was cooking dinner, and my kids were in the other room watching t.v. At that time, I had been doing some research on my husbands family that all grew up in this house(it's a 150 yrs old), and before the original family moved in, the previous owner had murdered someone in a neighboring lot, in about 1850. He than walked right down past this house and down our driveway. Gave me the creeps knowing about this. Never did figure out why the platters flew off the wall, but it could be I was digging too much to find out who was murdered, and the ghost was the murderer, or that I was digging up weird family history that I wasn't supposed to be knowing about.

Creepy....

I once took a haunted history tour in New Orleans. That was interesting and weird. I'd seen some of those places before on tv. Apparently they have something like that here in San Antonio, but I've never been. Maybe I'll check it out some time.

I grew up in Atco, NJ. We were on the edge of the Pine Barrens and the Jersey Devil was a big "If you kids don't behave...". I like to think that Bigfoot/Saskquatch is real and that maybe he/she/it actually accounts for the Jersey Devil. (Ducks as she feels bricks of unbelievability headed her way).

I suspect I lived in a haunted house with my ex-husband. Before I moved in and we married, friends told me not to freak out about things I saw. In a way, what they said set me up but I know what I saw and saw the faces of roommates who were totally freaked out by what happened to them.

I have trouble sleeping at times (especially around the time of a full moon),
and I'd be sitting on the couch watchig tv when I'd see the ex's youngest daughter run to the bathroom. Thinking she was sick, I'd get up to check on her in the bathroom only to find it empty and the suspected daughter in bed, sound asleep. Roommates would go to bed to be woken by kids jumping at the end of their bed. They'd come confront us only to realize that both the girls were in bed, sound asleep.

DH and I are big Ghost Hunter fans as those guys try and find a mundane/everyday reasons for a haunting. Sleep paralysis is a major cause of "I felt pressure/ something held me down".

Occam's Razor: look for natural reasons before you commit it to supernatural reasons.

Our home was built in 1790. We have had alot of strange things happen. But nothing spooky. Things are moved, like a figurine I have on the mantel was turned facing a different direction then how I placed, forks of all things went missing regulary. My cats will shoot out of the room full speed for no reason after staring at nothing. When we bought this place the owner told us that during the depression a man hung himself in the spiral staircase. I did a huge research on this property and didn't come up with anything. But someone else is here, and you sence no fear at all. Just those feelings of not being alone. Which is ok with me, I don't mind sharing my home as they don't mind me living me. I'll even talk to it, but I never got any type of reply.

Hey ya'll, yes the haunted house was real. I lived there for 10 months, I would alway feel like I was being watched by something. It was winter and this was a very big 2 story house, so we shut part of it off and heated the rest with a wood heater. One night I was going upsrairs to get some clean clothes for my children as I had just bathed them and as I was starting to go up the stairs I heard a voice whisper 'Laura" well my kids put there dirty clothes back on that night. As I mentioned we only heated part of the house so we would carry our food into the living room where it was warm, well if one of us had plates in our hands we would kick the living room door for someone to open it, one night we were all in there and something kicks the door to be let in, I moved!!!
