Not sure if he’s trying to be a scarecrow or a corn stalk, but he picked it out and put it on himself.
Seriously though, he wore that corn leaf for like an hour before the other dudes ripped it off of him. Lol, just sharing, not really a costume, since I don’t dress my guys up

You know... I don't believe the rules specify who has to be the dresser and who has to be the dressee. Only that they need to be feathered, furred, or a pet.
It looks like a rope so maybe he could be the Wrangled Quacker??
