Pickles is gorgeous. I always wanted a Jersey cow. Closest I got was a Guernsey.

It's winter at my end of the world, so I can't say our animals are all that well groomed with all the mud we are drowning in, but at least the sheep aren't looking tatty (they are hair sheep so slowly lose their wool over spring and early summer).

This is our Damara ram Rufus (who is a darling) with his three Wiltshire ewes, Lambkins, Fei Fei, and Clara. Hoping for some lambs in spring.

And my two favourite heifers, Maisy (the blonde girl) and Merry. They are Murray Grey/Dairy crosses. I'm hoping Maisy will let me milk her once she has her calf in September. She's super docile and will do anything for food, so here's hoping.
