beautiful! We just got a pair of self blue d'Uccles and this is our first foray into feathered feet... its so funny to see them almost waddle with those long feathers. My daughter calls them Microraptors

They are just 12 weeks old, just starting to get the cheek poofs (so cute!) but the little roo has foot feathers for days, the little pullet not so much. I was amazed how early his comb showed up, no mistaking that one for a pullet, he identified himself at probably 3 weeks! Interestingly they are a very pale grey blue, where your blue is almost a blue blackAwwe! Would love to see some pics! (Though this thread may not be the best place lol)
