Ended Official BYC 2022 Summer Fair—Canning and Preserving Contest

Entry #4 Carrots. I had quite a haul from the garden this year. Got 10 pints done today and have at least that much more to do later. The worst part of canning carrots is washing them! I don't peel them because the skin has lots of nutrients. I do save and freeze the scraps to make my own stock later. Haven't actually made the stock yet but that's the plan!

Yum, carrots! Always a favorite around here...nice job growing and canning!
