That is really cool. If I remember correctly, pitcher plants are hard to grow.
Wow I had no idea! This one came from an antique show actually, so it’s funny you’d say that; it was from an older gals cuttings. I would love to see yours, I didn’t know they grew outside, either.I love this.I grow about 40 varieties of cane (angel wing) begonias, although outdoors so they don't count for this contest. What you have there is Begonia "Corallina de Lucerna" an old variety that is very difficult to find for purchase, but people usually get as cuttings from their neighbors or older family members. This is definitely a heritage plant!

Darn, apparently not much will grow besides sagebrush in WyomingWell, they won't grow outside in Wyoming!Even here in So Cal, they don't enjoy winter, and if it dares get below 40 I end up with a lot of leafless sticks. They leaf out again in the spring, though.
