Sorry. It has changed. Everyone will have to submit their own information now. Sorry for the trouble but it will work better in the long run. This way you will not have to wait for weeks.

I tried to submit, but when I click on the links, it says I do not have permission to access the spreadsheet.

Same problem here. The link goes right to Google Docs, I login, then it says my email address does not have access to the spreadsheet. ??
