so yes or no?

but i have sold mine before and i didnt need a permit
so im not sure but we didnt need a permit to buy and i have never needed one to sell
so would it be okay

hold on i got rid of my tag so give me a second also keep in mind

You do not have to have a permit to raise Ringnecks only if you are going to sell them and this is for every state because they are gamebirds. You shouldn't need to have a permit for Ornamental Pheasant because they are not native to the US.
