We won a Pumpkin Spice Henhouse Reserve Block online from maker Kalmbach Feeds, and who were the first two to try it?
Two small hens named Nutmeg and Paprika!

We made this cake for our hens at Christmastime...

We frosted it with vanilla yogurt mixed with cream cheese and decorated it with dried cranberries! THEY LOVED IT!

We also cut down a little tree in the woods and strung cheese popcorn and cranberries and put the garlands on it. We also added orange slices. They loved that too!

Oh my gosh, the chicken Christmas tree! Amazing!

What a fun contest! Does it have to be an edible treat? While my chickens do love edible treats, their all time favorite treat is rice hulls. I suppose the little bits if rice left in there count as edible treats, but they love the scratching, too!
