Probably a good idea!!! Sometimes I eat 2 of them in one day. Sometimes none. Also they used to be incredible and made fresh every day but now with Corona they’re prepacked and I’m pretty sure shipped from elsewhere or if they do make them, they’re not as good. Here's a though: Try counting carbs and trying not to go over, say, 300 in a day. Would that help? How many carbs do you usually have?
Bread, pasta, and desserts have the a lot of carbs in them.
Two muffins alone, depending on the brand, is probably nearing or past the 90-carb mark.
