I like hot food. But my wife is over the top and always has been. There are usually more options but right now there are 5 bottles of hot sauce on the shelf next to the stove. Aside from the standards Tabasco and Crystal Louisiana's Pure Hot Sauce, she also has one called Extreme Reaper's Revenge, Gator Hammock Gator Sauce and Scorned Woman (her favorite).
Another one we usually keep on hand is 'Mississippi Butt Burner'. In the fridge is Stray Dog barbecue sauce from the Stray Dog saloon in Van Buren MO. It is the hottest bbq sauce I've ever tasted. There's also a bottle of Frank's Red Hot wing sauce, a couple kinds of horseradish, wasabi and a few kinds of hot and spicy mustard.

The ingenious, creative people that make up these great concoctions.
The subtitle on the 'Scorned Woman' bottle says, "Don't Get Mad...….Get Even!!!!!

Oh my gosh!!!! I don’t even think I want to try them with names like that!!! Butt Burner!? And claims it’ll get even!? OH. MY. GOSH.

I don’t really normally like hot stuff but I’ve been eating it more recently. Not a ton but still. Buffalo chicken is about as far as I’ll go

I do have a chipotle lime mayonnaise though that’s good.

And I actually have a bunch of hot sauces I bought a while ago but I only bought them because they were band themed and have collectible labels
