You can try Campbelled Eggs.

One can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup mixed with one dozen eggs.
Hmmm.. that sounds interesting. I never would have thought of doing such a thing. I'm assuming you are making them scrambled? Or is it more like a quiche? I want to try making a souffle some time but I don't even know what I would make it in.

You can make it just like an omelet. Be sure to use a big enough skillet. I first found the recipe on a can of Campbell's soup. I don't make it anymore because it is just too much for me to eat in one sitting.

Instead of am omelet, I dice a potato, maybe a carrot too and whatever else might be handy (crumbled sausage, bacon pieces, apple, green tomato, etc.), salt and pepper, get them nearly fried, break eggs over them and use the spatula to break up the eggs and spread them around. When fiinished, I randomly drop some salsa on top and enjoy myself.
