I make a green tomato relish that in my opinion is fantastic on a good burger and makes a bad burger palatable. I gave some to a neighbor and she put it on peanut butter sandwiches.

I woke up on the right side of the bed this morning.

Mushrooms are amazing if prepared right. If they aren't.. well.. meh! I should pick some up when I go to the store today so I can saute them and have them with my steak.

I should try them then!!! I will at least now eat them if they’re on something, like when I get meatloaf a lot of ones I’ve gotten have them on it, but I used to not eat them at all haha and I don’t enjoy it as I’m eating them

I might try a new omelette method today lol

I did how someone said to do it yesterday where you put the fresh spinach in then cook it all together. They didn’t complain so I guess they liked it.
