If you were across our northern border that would be said as, "Grade 11 not 11th grade here." So that begs the questions....
A) is your Grade 11 what You Just finished or what you will go into this fall?
B) Do you have the phrase 'senior-itis' used when your in school for the kids who are graduating primary school?
(Maybe I should ask if you 'get' what I'm asasking about in "B" as well)

I'm finishing what i believe to be my grade 11 now..
I'm 16yy old and it's the 3rd class of the secondary school here, we haven't senioritis...
