How was the doctor appointment?

I had x-rays done and the Dr said that everything looked GREAT and I got a clean bill of health. He told me to just continue to stretch out my quads and hamstrings because it will continue to help but for the most part I am really good. He doesn't need to see me back and I don't have to do any kind of PT or anything.
